I am a freshman in college and I am looking for ways to release stress brought on by my school work. I was doing a bit of reading about Yoga and it seem like a very interesting thing to pick up. My question is can I start doing yoga by myself? and will it have the same effect as if I was taking a class with a professional? What should I do?
