i m a new practioner of yoga. whenever, i practice halasana, i ffeel pain in the lower part of neck and shoulder. How to avoid the pain.

It is normal to feel some pain when practicing yoga. It may be good to warm up the area with some neck rolls first. Try using soft mat or a small pillow undertneath your neck to reduce pain. If the pain persists, try not to keep the posture very long.
