I am a 24 year old lady working and studying at the same time.I need to do household chores too so i dont get enough time to sleep at night.How can i compensate for less hours of sleep during night(as my work schedule is hectic) with yoga and help me not have any bad effect for less hours of sleep through yoga. The practice of Yoga and mediation can help you be more awake even if you don’t get enough sleep. However, I don’t think it is healthy to abuse this situation, and I would try to reduce some of the activities to have enough time to properly nurture yourself with good diet, rest and sleep.
