I have a strange question. I’ve been doing Yoga, 90 min twice a week and 20 minutes once a week between that. Each time I go from downward dog to runner’s pose especially I can quef. I can feel my body opening up from plank to downward dog and then the next move makes me quef. Is this normal? It started about the 3rd week into my Yoga. I have gotten much more flexible and can open my chest much more.
Don’t worry, everything seems to be fine with your practice. As long as you can feel the results everything is going well. You can feel your chest more open and probably your lung capacity is improving also, and that is showing that your are getting good results.
