I was in 3 auto accidents
and I need help exercises that help me build up my balance. My right ankle was severed from my leg. Only God has touched me that I can lift I have 3 businesses and I want to be able to reach my full potential and if you can help that would be GREAT.
I also have trouble with my neck when I lift a lot I feel that you can help.
