what are the best yoga and pranayam for depression , anxiety and insomnia problem..i am not able to sit in padmasan and sukhasan so doing by sitting on chair.my bones are very stiff.what should i do so that my bones becomes flexible and i can sit in sukhasan and padmasan to have better result.
You can sit down in any position you like. The only thing is mandatory is that you keep the spine straight. Lying down on the floor is not recommendable because your mind will soon drift away.
