Answer
Sat Nam Patricia,
I found yours a very interesting question.
There is no gender, age, religion, sex preference discrimination when you are reaching to your spirituality.
Now, the body of a woman, or a man, has differences. If you are a woman you have the menstrual cycle, menopause, and other things related to your sexual organs. It doesn’t matter if you like females or males.
For instance, the Yoga nutritional tips give you some knowledge on what are the foods that will strengthen your sexual organs.
The 11 moon centers, not matter if you feel like a man most of the time, is basically telling you that you fluctuate every 2 1/2 days. Something you can use to understand yourself better. That’s all!
A teacher inspires you. It helps you to clear up the way. Its like a golden bridge between you and your personal experience of your spiritual self.
I’m not aware of any specific asanas, or meditations for gay lesbians bixexual or any other kind of different sexual preferences. That doesn’t mean that it doesn’t exist. What i know its that the practice of Yoga balances your hormones, so feel more at peace within.
I hope I was able to help.
Many Blessings,
Indra K
