have just started yoga fantastic,Done a lot of pilates so am quite flexible.Need some tips though on getting arms into position for marichyasana,Thanks

It is very important to do every step well while getting into this position. I.e.- Bring the heel as close to the buttocks as possible, etc, every single step will give you extra space to reach with your arms around.
