Hello. I have a problem, my right knee has become inflexible due to a motor accident a few years ago. I practice yoga and one of the exercises is to sit on the right feet and stretch and touch the left toes. Whereas i can touch my right toes sitting on my left feet, however i cannot do the same with my left toes (sitting on my right feet).I will be grateful if you could advice me as how to do so?
You probably need to be patient with your knee and avoid the exercises that are difficult for you to do right now. Keep healing your knee with some alternative therapy like herbs and oinments, as well as soft exercises until you feel your knee strong enough to try something else.
