There are different asanas for different ailments. But it is easier to begin with Yoga set (series of asanas) specific for that part of the body, or mind. i.e.- heart, back, liver, kidney, etc
I would recommend you to purchase any Yoga book by Guru Rattana, PH D. Her books are compose of many different Yoga sets specific for the different parts of the body and mind.
