I have high blood pressure and I was born with a smaller kidney which not working very well. I’m a 38 years old male and I start a vegetarian lifestyle and I also star to practice yoga everyday a month ago. Should I do “sun salutations” ? By the way, yoga have been a blessing in my life!Thanks!
