I been doing yoga for six months and I just wondering if I needed to be a vegetarian? How many months should it takes for me to do all those positions like head stands? do I needed to do everyday or is it okey to do two to three times a week?
You don’t need to become vegetarian to be a good yogui. However, a healthy diet is always a good compliment to taking care of yourself.
It is easier for some people than for other to do all the postures….the goal in yoga is not to be able to do all of the postures perfectly, but to build a practice that brings strength and elasticity to your body, mind and spirit.
