Havent done yoga in quite some time and im starting for the main reason of sports , im havin inflamation problems in the past and need to start flexability in my training because it does help . So my question is what is the best way for me to go , easy start or go full flex ? Any info would be great appreciated ! Thank you.
You can start practicing yoga regularly but slowly, listening to your body and its reactions, so you can build a strong practice over time.
