I have an year old baby.Many times I made routine of practising yoga but was not successful……I am seriously getting lazy and putting on so much weight.Please tell me how to make a strict routine.I want my self back in shape at any cost.
I know it is hard to have a regular yoga practice when rising a kid. Some centers offer yoga classes for moms and babies. You can check this link.
These are very effective exercises for loosing weight.
Also biking and walking are good exercises.
