Hello I am starting to do yoga at home. And was wondering how many poses I should include in each session, and should I do different poses every day ?
I understand you want to practice yoga at home. However, most people start attending classes to learn first, then you can apply that knowledge at home. It is very valuable to be able to ask a teacher whatever questions you have during your practice.
