question, when practicing ashtanga series a (for example) how to transition in and out of an optional vinyasa, when to execute, and what would the poses in the vinyasa be ?
You are suppose to do Vinyasa between positions, including between the right and left side.
For beginners its common to only do Vinyasa between asanas, and skip the Vinyasa between the right & left side, until the students builds some strength and resistance.
