I am a 55 year old female. I started doing yoga about 3 months ago and now am totally addicted. My question is since I am 55, some of us have trouble with our arms….sagging, wrinklie skin. Are there any yoga exrcises that can help give me back my younger looking skin?

If you have a regular practice you can see some improvement in your arms, specially if you do exercises that involve raising the arms for moderate long periods of time (3 minutes).
