Hi. How long should I hold each pose for, and how many of each variety of postures (eg. standing, balancing, etc) should I do per workout? I have been doing yoga for a little while and have to practise it at home now as I can’t get to classes very often. Thanks, Senta
The postures can be held for 1 to 3 minutes in a regular practice. Even if you don’t have a lot of time to attend classes, it would be interesting to do it at least once a week to learn and ask all your questions to teh teacher.
