Hi;I seem to having a big problem focusing while meditating,I have a lot of movement in my third eye position (forehead)which also effects my sleep.I constantly worry that it is going to affect me and i am not able to sleep properly,or meditate.I also get worried when i try to listen to my hear beat and imagine that it is beating fast.Can you pls advise whether this is normal and let me know how to overcome it.Many Thanks / RegardsHari

I think that a regular yoga practice at least twice a week will help you improve the concentration and let those worries go. I am sure you know of a yoga center in your area. Please, check the link if not.
Also, a meditation before going to bed helps with sleeping problems. You can practice this one for 11 minutes.
