how can yoga help stop smoking and alcohol consumption?
A regular yoga practice will help you quit the habits of smoking and drinking. Believe or not, but by filling the lungs with clean air, there is no need/room for smoke. Same happens with alcohol, if you practice regularly a healthy routine, your body/mind does not want to be altered by foreign substances like alcohol.
