What yoga positions are there that might benefit an irritated bladder? this is a chronic problem i have had on and off for years. i have just started doing kundalini yoga, and i was wondering if kriyas for second and first chakras might help? it seems that the kundalini yoga is actually making the problem more intense though. i don’t know if i should continue or back off a little. thanks for any help.
I don’t think that Kundalini Yoga can have a negative effect on your health. It would be very beneficial for you to combine with a good diet, avoiding processed food, saturated fats, and foods with artificial preservatives.
Drink a lot of water instead, and eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, as these contain antioxidants, and are essential sources of vitamins and minerals.
