Hello, I have a really hard time remembering the vinyasa flow in a corepower yoga class, is there something i could do to help my bad short-term memory recall the ‘flow’? please be as specific as you can regarding how i could try to best memorize the asanas?. please pardon me if my grammer is poor, i am not American thus I am still leatrning ‘proper’ english. The best way to memorize the asanas for me is to practice them very often (twice a week).
I would recommend to assist to a yoga studio for a continuous practice.
