hello! i just wana start yoga 2 shape my body. i have 1 child of nearly 2 years. so plz guide me how should i start it coz of C-section i have too much fats arround my tummy. and i wana lose all of the fats with in one month.also tell me the steps during the mensturation period. My age is 25 and i have weight of 74kg.and my height is 5ft 4inchs.hopefully u will guide me properly. thanks
You probably need more than one month to loss weight, at least you practice every day for one hour.
I would recommend you to assist to yoga classes, and try a diet.
