I am interested to try Yoga. Problem is I am having a hard time to choose what is the most suitable class for me. My goal is to lose weight, but Im scared that I might get stuck in a class that I cannot follow. Please send suggestions. thanks
I think that the best thing to do is to go to a yoga studio and talk to the people in there. They will give you good advice about the best yoga to practice. They usually give a free firs class also, so you can try and see how you feel.
