I am practicing the “abdominal lift” by Richard Hittleman’s Yoga book. So far my constipation problem is gone but i notice that I am losing weight. Can anyone comment on this? Is this normal or i am doing it incorrect. I am already very underweight!!thanks
Constipation is related to gain weight, therefore, if you are having regular bowel movement, it is normal that you loss weight.
You can visit a nutritionist to see the cause of your underweight.
