I am just starting a yoga class for seniors. I have had a lt total hip, and a rt total knee. I am loving yoga, but have a terrible time getting up and down, even with a chair. Also total knee does not like to be knelt on. Any suggestions? Thanks, Kay
You might need to avoid kneeling positions and moving from standing to sitting positions as well. However, you can increase the time of the meditation and reduce and/or slow down the movements.
