I have a scolosis problem where my spine resemble a “C” and is curved towards my right side. As such, my right shoulder is higher than my left. Early diagnosis indicates that my right leg is shorter than my left.As for the crocodile twist, I strecth my left leg to my right side longer and more times than I do in strecthing my right leg to my left. Am I at the right track? Please comments.
I think that you’re doing the right thing. It would be very convenient for you to attend yoga classes where a teacher could guide you due to your special condition.
