my age is 25yrs and my weight is 64kg n alot of fats on my belly,its sides and hips i want to reduce my weight and fats as well.because i work in an office and i have to sit all day please guide me some yoga tips and exercise that will help me to lose my weight quickly.i am having my frends weeding ahead.i will be really thank full to u.waiting for your reply.maria
