I have difficulty balancing on one leg and cannot hold that leg straight. It’s very hard on my ankles and knees. Should I keep trying? I’m worrying that I may do damage to my ankles and knees. I’m 50 years old, but not new to yoga.

Try to be gentle when standing on one leg. Each person has a different strength and weakness. You can lean on a wall until you feel strong and more confident.
