Most days my body feels very flexible, but there are also other days were everything hurts.
When this happens, I always inhale deeply and exhale through the nose a few times. This minute or two opens inside of me the space to allow this moment to be, without resistance.
This daily practice on my Yoga mat gives me familiarity with this ‘allowing to be practice’, and the strength to face the real Yoga, which is my/our daily life.
The spiritual teachings tell us to follow a more loving approach to ourselves. They say to do the best you can with what is at that moment, and be happy about it. 🙂
After all, by resisting to the stiffness I’m not proving anything to myself, or others.
