As an adult, we are entirely responsible for everything that we do. We have chosen to be here at this time and this place, developing and exercising our own judgment in all that we do. However, we often ignore how to behave in accordance with nature and its laws. A perfect example is when we get sick, which can result from our own unbalanced eating habits, unfocused thoughts, or extreme behavior.
Likewise our unhappiness may be a reflection of our own bad judgment or muddled perception, which can result from an a life our of harmony with out environment. Once we realize this, simply changing our thoughts and behavior can lead to a healthier, happier and overall better way of life. We are the only ones responsible for making this change, no one else can do it for us. We may receive guidance, advice and support from others, which certainly can be helpful, but in the end it is our own responsibility to change our life and be the master of our own destiny and fate.
