This is a very informative site.I was searching some thing like this for my self.I have gained a lot after my baby and is feeling impossible to switch to my old routine of doing yoga.before my baby,I used to practice yoga daily for an hour in the morning and again in the evening.But coz of my little one m not able to manage that again.As a result m putting on mainly around tummy and waist.I want to know some yoga asanas and diet to get rid of my problem.I wish this site will help me out……..
