Make a small hole in your lips where the air exits. Listen to the sound that is like a whistle as you breathe. There are two ways to do this type of breath.
How to do it
One way is by inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth while making a high pitched sound.
The other way is inhaling through the puckered mouth making a high pitched sound, and exhaling through the nose.
