  1. Sit in easy pose and relax.
  2. Extend your arms out to your sides with the palms facing the floor.
  3. Flap your wrists and hands rapidly as if you were flying. Your arms will move slightly from the shoulders, but the action is in the wrists.
  4. Breathe long and deeply. Continue for three minutes
