Hi, Your site is really helpfull, it gives all Yogas and right way to do Yoga at one place only which is the best thing. The only thing i wanted to ask is which are the best Yoga to reduce tummy and love handle? and i m doing some cardio exercise and Yoga from last one month but i can’t see any result, so could you please tell me how much it takes to show the result. If i could get some information from you it will be really helpfull for me. Thanks a lot.
