Sautéed Almonds for Women
Great during the female menses cycle and also the first forty days after giving birth. Sautéed almonds are a highly energizing treat. Heat a small amount of almond oil, butter or ghee (clarified butter) over medium flame. Add 6 to 8 whole unpeeled almonds and stir continuously until they begin to pop. Remove from heat and add honey to taste.
