Take cold showers first thing in the morning. It is great for the circulation, strengthens the nervous system, and expands the electromagnetic field.
For optimum results rub the whole body briskly with oil.
How to do it:
Get in the shower. Get wet and get out the shower. Apply the oil to the body, massaging rapidly. Then get in the shower while you keep massaging the body with the hands. A total of three times in and out of the shower while massaging the whole body with oil.
The best oils to use are almond oil, olive oil, and grapeseed oil.
Avoid cold water during menstruation and pregnancy, using lukewarm water instead. Hot baths are recommended during menstruation to ease the muscles and tension. It also makes you sweat. A 31-minute hot bath should be followed by a cold shower.

Massage the body
Massage the breasts, lower back, and ovaries daily to release tension and promote relaxation. To stimulate and calm the nervous system, massage the armpits for 20 minutes too. Due to waxing in this area, there is a high tendency toward inflamed lymph nodes. The act of self touching has many healing effects.
Learn to relax
Take at least 11 minutes every day to relax deeply or take a nap. This will help with your nervous system.
Avoid stressful environments
Abusive physical or mental relationships can result in irregular menstrual cycles and may have many other consequences too. Try to change the situation or, if you cannot change it, remove yourself from it.
Avoid lifting heavy weight during menstruation
During menstruation, the lower back is more sensitive. Do not lift heavy weights at least during your heavy days of flow.
