LION POSE

Good for problems with the teeth, tongue, or jaw. Also good when you have a sore throat. When emulating the sound of a Lion, this links the three bhandas and improves eyesight.

How to do it:
Bend the knees and place feet straight, heels touching the anus, hands in the lap, or on the knees. Stick your tongue out all the way out.
