Sit in a comfortable sitting position with the spine straight. Place the right hand in Gyan mudra and the left arm straight in front of the body in a 60 degrees angle. Close your eyes. The mantra can be chant loud, whisper, or silently.

“I am bountiful, I am beautiful, I am bliss, I am , I am”
