  1. EXHALE. Bring leg towards the head. The hands are holding the outsides of the feet. The head remains on the floor, as in A, or repeat Supta Padangusthasana A, or instead hold the leg, as in B, or use a prop as in C.STAY HERE FOR 5 LONG DEEP BREATHS
  2. INHALE. Stop the pulling.
  3. EXHALE. Release the leg down.

-REPEAT ALL THE STEPS IN THE LEFT SIDE-

COMMENTS
There is a tendency to rotate outwards the hip. You must bring the leg towards the head, or shoulder to prevent this from happening.
