EXHALE. In Full Lotus place the arms by the side palms flat on the floor as in A. Or, if this is too difficult uncross the legs as in B.
INHALE. Pick it up as in A, or instead crossing the legs, as in B.
STAY HERE FOR 100 LONG DEEP BREATHS

COMMENTS

If 100 breaths is too much you can build up your tolerance slowly.  Root Lock and Diaphragm Lock are engaging. Look at the nose. Fast, loud, and powerful Ujjayi breath.
